Harmonized cross-species assessment of endocrine and metabolic disruptors by Ecotox FACTORIAL assay

Published by U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development (ORD) | U.S. Environmental Protection Agency | Metadata Last Checked: June 27, 2025 | Last Modified: 2020-03-26
This high-throughput method will be useful in rapid evaluation of chemicals for nuclear receptor activity for multiple species of interest. The modular design of the assay also permits ready development of new versions of the assay targeting any species with a nuclear receptor having a known DNA sequence. Underlying data and supplemental information available from Attagene. This dataset is not publicly accessible because: The data were not collected by EPA and are hosted external to the agency.
