This dataset contains mooring data collected during the FjordEco project, which focused on Andvord Bay, a glacial fjord on the West Antarctic Peninsula. Two moorings were deployed: Mooring A, located in inner Andvord Bay, was operative from 11/29/2015 to 4/14/2016 and 4/17/2015 to 3/5/2017. Mooring B, located in the Gerlache Strait outside Andvord Bay, was operative from 11/27/2015 to 4/4/2016. Current profile time series spanning most of the water column are available from both moorings. Temperature records from point sensors are available below 184 m (Mooring B), below 199 m (Mooring A, first deployment), and below 292 m (Mooring A, second deployment). Salinity and conductivity are available from point sensors on Mooring B. Pressure is available from 2 sensors on Mooring B and 1 sensor on Mooring A. Data are in netCDF format. A more thorough description is included in the supplementary document.
