This report presents data from the Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS) for 2009, and trend data for 1999 to 2009. The report provides information on the demographic and substance abuse characteristics of people aged 12 and older admitted to treatment for abuse of alcohol and/or drugs in facilities that report to individual state administrative data systems.
