This dataset includes discrete profile measurements of temperature, salinity and dissolved oxygen collected during the R/V James Clark Ross cruise JR16002, SR1B (EXPOCODE 74JC20161110) in the South Atlantic Ocean, Southern Ocean from 2016-11-10 to 2016-12-03. Data were collected and made publicly available by GO-SHIP program with National Capability funding from the UK Natural Environment Research Council to the National Oceanography Centre Southampton.
