Supporting modeling components

Published by U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development (ORD) | U.S. Environmental Protection Agency | Metadata Last Checked: June 27, 2025 | Last Modified: 2023-09-15
This journal paper summarizes a Bayesian Network modeling approach for integrating climate change factors into ecological risk assessment. The BN modeling was not EPA generated. It was rather developed as a part of a special series generated under a SETAC Pellston Workgroup that was charged with developing strategies and approaches for considering climate change in ecological and chemical risk assessment. Supporting BN modeling inputs and components are included as supplemental information with the published manuscript. EPA scientists (John Carriger, Pamela Noyes) participated on the Pellston workgroup. Pamela Noyes was a coauthor and John Carriger reviewed and provided technical guidance on the paper and modeling.
