Statewide Commercial Baseline Study of New York Characteristics of Energy Using Equipment: 2019

The overall objective of the Statewide Commercial Baseline research was to understand the existing commercial building stock in New York State and associated energy use, including the characteristics of energy using equipment. This dataset provides all equipment and business characteristics that can be presented as a distribution, such as the percent of split systems that are under 5 tons of cooling capacity and the percent of split systems that are 5 tons and over, or the percent of boilers that are condensing. All supporting summary statistics are also provided.
