Sonde data from 3 experimental lakes in Son of Squeal experiment
High-frequency in situ temperature and fluorescence parameters collected from 3 experimental lakes located at the University of Notre Dame Environmental Research Center in the upper peninsula of Michigan, USA. The field study involved collecting high frequency data from an unmanipulated reference lake and a second lake undergoing experimental fertilization to induce a critical transition in the form of an algal bloom.
