Sediment and fish data to develop severity of ill effect dose-response models

We synthesized existing literature to develop this dataset which relates suspended sediment concentration and exposure duration to biological effects on fishes. Our dataset contains a total of 3,610 dose-response data triplicates consisting of (a) suspended sediment concentration, (b) duration of exposure, and (c) fish severity of ill effects (SEV). There is no original data in the dataset and the source references are listed in the SEVdata_referencelist.txt.
