To open the cap, the user applies sufficient force to the sliding part (82), pushing it in a direction away from the hinge (40) so that at least a portion the sliding part protrudes out of the portion of the cap that is substantially opposite the hinge. Then the user applies a second sufficient force in an upward direction to open the cap (84).
