The watch has a slit ring mounted to be locked axially and radially on a set of pinion/stem elements, and an axial locking unit for axially locking another set of the pinion/stem elements secured to the slit ring. The locking unit is formed of another slit ring connected to the former slit ring by a rigid arm.
