Osmia lignaria genome assembly release v1
<p>Genome was assembled from a single male, gDNA isolated from the flight muscle using the Gentra Puregene kit. PacBio S2 sequencing at 127x coverage, polished with NextSeq-500 Illumina reads at >150x coverage.</p>
