Odor Control Plans
<div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>To better enforce and regulate nuisance odor concerns, DOEE requires certain facilities known to produce odors to develop an Odor Control Plan (OCP) subject to DOEE approval. This data set is available to show the status of OCPs and provide access to the submitted plans. It includes information on the facilities that have submitted plans, the status of approval or disapproval, and links to the plans.</span></p></div></div></div>
