This dataset contains water temperature profiles collected from XBTs aboard the USCGC Sycamore, USCGC Hickory, and SR Baytown in the Gulf of Alaska and North Pacific Ocean from 2006-01-09 to 2006-12-14. These data were collected by Scripps Institute of Oceanography (SIO), as part of the JCOMM Ship of Opportunity Programme and SIO High Resolution XBT/XCTD Network (line P38) and submitted by Lisa Lehmann of SIO as part of the Global Temperature and Salinity Profile Programme (GTSPP).
