During EX1402L1, multibeam, single beam, and subbottom data will be collected 24 hours a day and XBT casts will be conducted at an interval defined by prevailing oceanographic conditions, but not to exceed 6 hours. All multibeam data will be fully processed according to standard onboard procedures and will be archived with the National Geophysical Data Center (NGDC). Subbottom sonar data will be also be archived with NGDC. Split-beam EK60 data will be archived at the National Oceanographic Data Center.
