Lockbox, First Party
<p>Lockbox First Party provides automated processing of payments made by Veterans who are required to make co-payments for health care services at VA facilities. Veterans receive their bills through the Consolidated Co-payment Processing Center (CCPC) and make payment through Lockbox First Party. Lockbox First Party provides a central collection point for payments through a commercial bank. In addition, Lockbox First Party provides reporting and inquiry capability.</p>
