Hazardous Materials Safety Interpretations
The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, Office of Hazardous Materials Safety (OHMS) provides written clarifications of the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR; 49 CFR Parts 100-185) in the form of interpretation letters.
