Families First DC Communities

<div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span><span>Families First DC will provide grants to establish community-based organizations that will drive the placed-based services based upon the needs by launching Family Success Centers in five communities in Ward 7 and five in Ward 8. These focused areas were selected based on social determinants of health data, violence prevention priority areas, and substantiated reports on child abuse and neglect.</span></span></p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span /></p></div></div></div>
