List of DBEs and ACDBEs that have been rejected DBE status by state UCP officials. The information in this database, along with the decision to deny, decertify or reject an application, is maintained by State administered Unified Certification Programs (UCP). Firms identified in this database are ineligible for Federal Transportation grants made available specifically for DBEs.
