The </span><a href='https://doee.dc.gov:443/' style='text-decoration:underline;' rel='nofollow ugc'><span>Department of Energy &amp; Environment</span></a><span>'s Regulatory Review Division reviews permit applications to install wells in private and public space through the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection and the District Department of Transportation.</span></p></div></div></div>
