This dataset consists of contours showing generalized lines of equal regolith (unconsolidated sediment) thickness overlying bedrock in the Lost Creek Designated Ground Water Basin, Weld, Adams, and Arapahoe Counties, Colorado. Regolith thickness was contoured manually on the basis of information provided in the dataset ds507_regolith_data. The U.S. Geological Survey prepared this dataset in cooperation with the Colorado Geological Survey and the Lost Creek Ground Water Management District.
