Continuous 30-Second Gage Height Data for Yellowstone River at Yellowstone Lake Outlet in Yellowstone National Park, 2011–2023

The Wyoming-Montana Water Science Center collected continuous gage height data at 30-second intervals at Yellowstone River at Yellowstone Lake Outlet, Yellowstone National Park (YNP), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) streamgage 06186500, from 2011–2023 in a partnership with the USGS Volcanic Science Center. River gage height data can indicate changes in seismic activity at this location through shifts in water levels of the Yellowstone River as it discharges from Yellowstone Lake. This data release contains continuous 30-second gage height values for selected time periods from 2011–2023.
