Condo Relate Table
<div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>The Condo Relate table contains attributes of air rights, record, and tax lots approved for active condos. Condominium documentation (Condo Book & Page) is approved and recorded by the DC's Surveyors Office (OS) for the DC's Department of Buildings (DOB) . Real Property Tax Administration's (RPTA) Maps & Title division receives copies of the approved Condominium documents from OS and reviews, records, and then ties the Condo book & page information to the Lot(s) of interest, i.e., (Air Rights, Record, Tax, or a combination) for the Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR).</span></p></div></div></div>
