Published by U.S. Geological Survey | Department of the Interior | Metadata Last Checked: August 28, 2025 | Last Modified: 20250825
Data include particle-size distribution as well as sediment-bound total concentrations of carbon (organic and total), nitrogen, phosphorus, and other trace metals. Samples include those from upland sources (cropland, woodland, gullies, roads) as well as exposed streambank from the East River basin, Brown County, Wisconsin. Source samples were collected in July and August 2022. These data will be used to apportion sediment sources of suspended and streambed sediment collected from the East River.
