CASSI at UNC Charlotte Rider Survey

<p>The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) implemented an online survey using Smartsheet. The survey was accessible through URL (tinyurl.com/cassicharlotte) and Quick Response (QR) codes at the shuttle stops and inside the shuttle during the pilot period (July 12-December 21, 2024). 62 responses were collected in total. 59 respondents rode the shuttle and three respondents did not ride the shuttle.<br><br>NCDOT partnered with UNC Charlotte to bring the Connected Autonomous Shuttle Supporting Innovation (CASSI) program to the campus.
