Published by U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development (ORD) | U.S. Environmental Protection Agency | Metadata Last Checked: June 27, 2025 | Last Modified: 2017-07-25
Carbonate chemistry parameters (pH, total alkalinity, and pCO2), water quality parameters (Temperature, salinity, Ca, Mg, PO4, NH3 and NO3) as well as all coral measurements (buoyant weight, tissue surface area, surface area density, calcification rate, tissue growth rate, and percent change in surface area density) taken over the three month exposure. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Enzor, L., C. Hankins, D. Vivian, W. Fisher, and M. Barron. Calcification continues in Caribbean reef-building corals at high pCO2 levels in a recirculating ocean acidification exposure system. JOURNAL OF EXPERIMENTAL MARINE BIOLOGY AND ECOLOGY.
