Biological response variables of hemolymph (cell viability, mtROS, and mitochondrial membrane potential) and dissolved inorganic carbon, pH, alkalinity, temperature, salinity, and collected from laboratory experiments for the research project (OAP-Research Organization Registry 02bfn4816) grant # 21268) for adult bay scallop, Argopecten irradians from 2023-05-02 to 2023-05-16 (NCEI Accession 0306498)

This dataset contains the discrete data on a laboratory experiment of bay scallop, Argopecten irradians, and adult response to ocean acidification in hemolymph. The F1 experiment was conducted from May 2, 2023 till May 16, 2023 at the NOAA Milford laboratory. All treatment levels had a replication of 3 per OA treatment. The experiment was designed to yield a reaction norm framework by exposing scallop groups, with respect to their history of OA conditions, to each treatment. This effort was conducted in support of the research objectives of the NOAA Ocean Acidification Program (OAP).
